Cerasorb a en effet\u00a0 la m\u00eame composition chimique, mais une structure cristalline, une morphologie de la surface et des tailles de granule diff\u00e9rentes. <\/span><span lang=\"fr\">Le but de cette \u00e9tude \u00e9tait de comparer les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s OsproLife et Cerasorb. Diff\u00e9rents param\u00e8tres comme la p<\/span><span lang=\"fr\">uret\u00e9 chimique, la composition, les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques, la cytotoxicit\u00e9 in vitro et les performance sur l&rsquo;os in vivo sur un mod\u00e8le de lapin ont \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9s. Des g<\/span><span lang=\"fr\">ranules d\u2019OsproLife \u03b2TCP (test) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 compar\u00e9s \u00e0 Cerasorb (contr\u00f4le). <\/span><span lang=\"fr\">Des analyses histologiques et \u03bcCT ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9es \u00e0 56, 6 et 12 semaines apr\u00e8s l\u2019implantation. <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"copy-paste-block\"><span lang=\"fr\">Les r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude ont montr\u00e9 que les granules d&rsquo;OsproLife et de Cerasorb \u03b2TCP \u00e9taient toutes deux biocompatible et caract\u00e9ris\u00e9es par le m\u00eame taux d\u2019osteoconductivit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9sorption.
